1. Membership

1.2 Membership is personal and non-transferable. 

1.3 Membership fees are non-refundable. 

1.4 Membership may be suspended or terminated for violation of Club rules and regulations.

2. Club Rules and Regulations

2.1 Members are expected to adhere to all Club rules and regulations. 

2.2 The Club reserves the right to amend or modify rules and regulations at any time. 

2.3 Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. 

2.4 The Club is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

3. Facilities and Services

3.1 The use of Club facilities is subject to availability and specific terms and conditions. 

3.2 The Club reserves the right to restrict or limit access to certain facilities. 

3.3 Members are responsible for any damage caused to Club property.

4. Guest Policy

4.1 Members may bring guests to the Club, subject to specific guidelines. 

4.2 Guest fees may apply. 

4.3 Guest privileges are subject to Club rules and regulations.

5. Payment

5.1 Membership fees and other charges must be paid on time. 

5.2 Late payments may incur penalties or interest. 

5.3 The Club accepts various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and online payments.

6. Privacy

7. Dispute Resolution
